the hotel location was just perfect, near the top malls and great restaurants. the room was spacious and clean. the staff were attentive and provided top-notch service, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our breakfast was delicious. We were amazed by the various facilities like swimming pool and Jaccuzi.

There were some minor maintenance issues with the room.

we really enjoyed hani suites and spa from the moment we entered. a great place for exploring manama. location, easy walk to all attractions.

The Italian room was amazing, modern, clean and comfortable

Some small things, I would to mention them to let their administration take care of them like the telephone doesn’t work and they take time to replace it and give us a new one and the restaurant was not delicious, and believe they need a chief for the hotel.

I like the friendly staff the spaciouse apartment size I came very late to the hotel and when i arrived i have been informed that the booking for 1 room apartment has been cancelled, as i came late. I was shocked but then the staff smiled at me and told me that we have been upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment.

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was near popular destinations and just next to the most famous malls in the area. We were able to easily explore and shop to our heart's content. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. We particularly loved the kitchen, which was the best we've ever had during our travels. My husband enjoyed cooking our own meals, making our stay even more comfortable. The living room and bedroom were also very spacious, perfect for our small family. Our kids especially loved the big and nice bathtub. Parking was never an issue, which was a great convenience for us.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

Having had our children with us, we were always worried that the furniture was not safe for them to be around. Although the design was stylish and elegant, we would find it more comfortable without the children to worry about,

The hotel's location was convenient for my business trip. It was close to transportation and easy to navigate. the decoration of the rooms was elegant and relaxing, which made for a pleasant stay. the hotel provided great amenities to use during their trip.

the room I was first assigned to had some maintenance problems, such as a malfunctioning AC and a faulty flush.

At the night there is little bit of noising come all over the flat. Especially in the bedroom, it was like a disco and I believe that noun disco there back at the hotel. Second thing there were a cooking smell on the all flats existing in 6th floor, so if you like to but your condition to make your flat on other floor. Generally, the hotel was nice; relax, comfort and I’m happy to stay there again.

I loved staying at this hotel near the famous malls. The location was perfect as it was close to everything I needed. The room was spacious and luxurious with special decorations, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful during my stay.

room was as advertised, very clean and crisp . comfortable beds and was quiet for me. great detailing in the rooms, good quality stuff. two tv's!!

ridiculous pricing at the spa, though service was good and great ambiance, very expensive compared to similar services in the area. also, i think the walls are very thin, as I was watching tv, the signal from the remote from another room kept changing my channel and flipping through the tv guide... funny and annoying at the same time.

Very comfortable bed, good shower and good internet access. Good value for money.
